Strømvakta™
A new grid tariff model for all electricity customers in Norway was introduced on 1 July 2022. The purpose of the new grid tariff model is to use electricity more intelligently and rationalise the capacity of the existing grid. The grid tariff model is designed to "penalise" all households for high electricity consumption (power). The monthly grid tariff is determined on the basis of the three hours with the highest average consumption (kWh) in the month in question.
With EVLY Strømvakta™ installed, you can save up to 30 per cent on your electricity bill by the system automatically smoothing out power peaks and shifting part of your electricity consumption to the times of day when electricity is cheapest.
